Bühler Alzenau GmbH / Operating Site Hasselroth

After many years of cooperation as a customer, the Bühler Group decided to integrate the production facility into its portfolio in May 2019 and took over all employees and the customer base.

The Hasselroth operating site was founded in 1983 as KWB Maschinenbau GmbH. In the beginning, the focus was on the development and sale of kitchen machines for catering businesses. Over the years, the company developed into a specialist for the manufacture of high-quality components and the assembly of complex components.

In addition to the Hasselroth, Bühler Alzenau GmbH, based in Alzenau, also has an operating site in Leipzig. This is specialized in automation, robotics, and optical measuring systems. Also based in Alzenau is Bühler Leybold Optics, a leading supplier of vacuum coating systems and the global customer service for the businees units Leybold optics, Grinding & Dispersing, and Die Casting.
